    Doesn't matter. The whole point of the MSC rules was to stop people claiming business benefits without actually having a business to run. One of the broad parameters is that the company is the only body able to pay out money on the company's behalf.

    Personally, I suggest you get new accountants PDQ. Your current ones sound a little dangerous.

    If you let the accountant do everything, then you run the risk of looking like a managed service company. I'd start doing it yourself - and start acting like a business.

    I have been told by one lot of accountants that they are not allowed by law to pay my taxes etc by debiting my commercial bank account, but my current accountants are doing this. Which one is correct?
