However, to answer the original question, it has no bearing on your IR35 status provided you are renting at a commercial rate - say an equivalent B&B for example. How your landlord funds the accommodation he is renting to you is not your concern.

Then you effectively did get expenses to cover accomodation and costs then. If so that is fine also, provided the rate is also decent. Just the way you explained your expenses in the first post did not say this, thus sounded a bit 'half-arsed'.
Situation is MyCo -> Agency -> BigConsultancy -> Client
Client Pays for flights directly, BigCons pays for mileage & taxis, MyCo pays for accom and subsistence.
A couple of the end client's permies are on about getting a flat/house together (paid for by the client) and want to know if I'm interested in joining them.
What impact, if any, would there be on IR35 by having my accom provided directly by the end client?
