Asking the mods to do any kind of work is a bannable offence and frankly quite rude

  • Spanish Digital Nomad: Service Companies Able To Invoice B2B & Run Spanish Payroll

    Mods please move as appropriate.

I will update main post as people submit companies that can offer financial payroll services to British ex-pat freelancers in technology that are about to start using the Digital Nomad Visa application route and be tax resident from Spain from 4th April 2023 (and beyond).

I would suspect the list of service companies that cater to this market will be short in H1 2023 and then gradually increase.

    Scenario:

    Spanish Tax Resident
British National On 5-Year Digital Nomad Visa
Personal Spanish Bank Account In Euros
Tax Code Will be 15% deductions as outlined in Spanish Startup-Law Legislation
Ability to Invoice for work on a B2B basis into the EU and then pay you into a Spanish Personal bank account.

eek any help or advice appreciated.
