quick answer. You can't....
It would be a new contract as the original contract will be with a different legal entity.

So there is absolutely no problems changing companies. Just have to check all the names have been changed in all the relevant documentation. The SDS for example, should be against the role but if it names the current LTD company for some reason then you need to make sure they re-issue with the new company. Treat the change like a brand new gig. New contract, new SDS, new insurances and the like all through the new company. You might still be the director and you doing the work but contractually it's a completely new entity.
IMO there is more risk around why you are starting a new company than there is getting the gig re-redirected to the new one.

Changing Limited Company midway Outside IR35 contract
Can someone with knowledge or having done the same please help.
During Extension, Is it a good idea to change an outside IR35 contract from a current limited company issued with an Outside IR35 contract to a new Limited company operation from 9 months?? What are the implications?
