    Definitely push back. Contracts can be terminated for a whole variety of different reasons, most of them outside of the contractor's control.

    So if THEIR client terminates the contractor is responsible for the income the agency should have got from THIER client. That's taking the piss.

    I most certainly wouldn't be signing that.
