    Its AXA PPP.Buisness Medical.
The same offering on the personal one works out £80 a month.
    I have excluded following:
    - No in person Private GP
    - No Cancer cover
    - No physio cover
    - Limited Out-Patient so 4 out patient assessments per year

I asked them whats the difference between this and personal plan and they said nothing apart from this must be in name of Business and cannot be paid via personal account.
Difference with Axa vs others is the mental health cover. So in the last 5 years you have not had any medication or referral from your GP for mental health then it will be accepted.
They also fixed my price for 2 years.

Sounds pretty good ... certainly worth looking at as personal private medical cover can be bloody astronomical!

They mentioned as the amount for the insurance over the year plus my salary does not go over £12,500 tax allowance that I pay no additional personal tax however my dividend allowance will be lowered by the amount for the insurance in total.
Does this seem correct for those who done this before?
