That story should really be automated and isn't actually more than 30 minutes work to do - on x remove from y and z.
We provide a similar system (to another organisation) and I think charge £15k a year as it's online so doesn't require that much support except the bi-annual changes.Last edited by eek; 31 March 2020, 11:35.
