Your company records are public record and fair game, you know. Someone pointed it out to me a while back and I thought it was strange for you to be late. But since I may be looking for a new accountant, I was checking on all our friends here last week and found you were STILL not up to date. (Yes, I'm the kind of person who checks CH when choosing an accountant, everyone should actually.)
And honestly, it does reflect on you and makes me much less likely to call you if I do decide to change accountants. For your own good you should fix it. But I do appreciate you responding.

Yes, there was an ownership issue so we opened up another company. And you’re right, I should have filed and kept up to date but a cobblers kids are always the worst shod.
Still, at least Craig is enjoying the show.

"Freeagent" is all well and good, but the main thing I want an accountant to do is make sure everything gets filed on time, and when I go checking one out, as I was doing recently, this kind of thing is instant red flag for me. Especially when I notice this isn't the first time it's happened with Broome Affinity....
I can perhaps understand missing something by a week, somebody gets ill, or whatever. But six months? Doesn't Freeagent do pretty much everything for you? How hard is the confirmation statement to do in a timely manner?
