    Lisa,

What's your professional opinion of the Spending Review?
Well to be honest with you it didn't really tell us much - we know that they are planning on doing something with T&S but we're not really sure and won't be until 9th December when the draft legislation is published. it's another wait and see for that unfortunately

If you're asking my opinion of the review in general - They've found an extra few quid behind the sofa and have decided to have a splurge and have, for some reason best known to themselves, decided to upset business with yet another payroll tax (cleverly disguised as a levy)

Thanks Lisa. I have to make the decision this month. Hopefully the outcome will influence my decision.

Seriously, I wouldn't bank on that.

Nothing has changed (yet). So, you still have the same to gain that you did 4 years ago!

We continue to engage with HMRC, to avoid them making rash decisions and be the ambassador for PSC's.

You may find that based on your working conditions and personal circumstances, if you are going to be contracting that it's worth your while

As has been said, we dont know for certain what's going to happen. But, for a short contract, working via a brolly might be an alternative for you. Dont see any reason why prospective client would insist on limited only.

We don't know what is going to happen. You're talking about next financial year, so hold back and see what hits us before then.
