      Well to be honest with you it didn't really tell us much - we know that they are planning on doing something with T&S but we're not really sure and won't be until 9th December when the draft legislation is published. it's another wait and see for that unfortunately

      If you're asking my opinion of the review in general - They've found an extra few quid behind the sofa and have decided to have a splurge and have, for some reason best known to themselves, decided to upset business with yet another payroll tax (cleverly disguised as a levy)
