So did I, by far. FF do charge a fee though, so get that on the table with them and make sure you're happy with them. For what it's what, I found the fee well worth it, compared to some of the other free brokers out there.Originally posted by Jack Kada View PostFor what its owrth I found freelancer financials a lot better then contractor mortgages.

Same, always very good with knowledge and communication. Always on the ball. PM me if you'd like my direct contact at FF.Originally posted by Jack Kada View PostI went through freelancer financials and it was excellent

Same. Had a number of mortgages through them including a BTL without a problem.Originally posted by Jack Kada View PostI went through freelancer financials and it was excellent

Not personally, although another contractor onsite here recently used them and was very happy. We might have, but before he recommended them we'd gone elsewhere.Originally posted by quackhandle View PostAccepted offer on the house so looking at new property / mortgage.
Anyone used these guys/gals? Recommendations?
TIA

We've had an offer accepted on somewhere and are using Power Mortgages, and we're very happy with the service from them - especially the speed with which they've been able to turn things around and get answers from the lender (Coventry I think, if you care).
