I’m certain that they are aware of the ongoing complaints and they wanted to send something, anything out. However, to say they are working through messages when I, for one, have been trying repeatedly since early July to make contact - well let’s just say it stretches credibility.

I got that email too. I had to smile when I saw there is no telephone number for enquiries, emails from 7 weeks ago remain unanswered and the email itself is “No Reply”!

So - an update.
Spent a protracted Sunday last week setting myself up on FreeAgent and completing and submitting my latest VAT return. I tried emailing all the contacts I had (receiving one standard acknowledgment to get back to me within 24 hours), telephoned 3 different numbers (all just ring forever), tried all the additional emails on the portal (which no longer updates), LinkedIn message direct to the company, emailed the...Leave a comment:
