I am sure many of you know this but for those that do not... Felicitas were caught by several contractors 'manufacturing' loan agreements where they did not exist. One way they got busted was when the address on one of the loan agreements had a future address that the contractor had not moved to yet!...

The Trethowans letter says:
"The Notice of Assignment is attached and served on you without prejudice to the fact it had previously been validly served on you"

New here and not too up to speed with the legalities of this nonsense with W28.
For the same funds/loans paid to us, HMRC are classifying them as income and we need to pay tax on them and on the other hand W28 are saying they're loans that need to be paid back. Both cannot be true right?...
