Question for those of a culinary inclination.

I'm trying to find some sensibly sized rectangular food rings, individual portion size, in this case for desserts. Can't find any anywhere online or otherwise. Any suggestions?

Could you not bend them into shape ?

Try PMing Norra, she might know some good cooking equipment websites. Or HyperD for that matter. They might not see this thread tucked away in LR.

Thanks HD, but again, already looked at those. The ones that are the right length/width are too shallow and the ones that are deep enough are too big, but not so big that you could divide in half.

Ideally I'm after something around 3-4cm width, 8-10cm long and 4-5cm deep to use for things like this:

How can a ring be rectangular?

There's a little specialist cook shop near clientCo. Not in tomorrow, but can pop in next week if you haven't found any by then.
