Redundancy Insurance For Employees Of Your Company

I employ one person full time on a salary of 35K

He has indicated that he wants to take out a 'life style protection' insurance policy and then get me to make him redundant

    Is this even possible?

Can employees of a company get insurance and then make themselves so useless that the only option for the owner is making them redundant (at which point their insurance kicks in)

I think you will find out you are knowingly defrauding the insurance company which is illegal and you will be the one held responsible.

    Tell him to **** off.

Are you truely this moronic or do you just troll for something to do?

Yes, in your world. Because you're not real are you?

Anymore stupid trolling posts like this and you'll find yourself banned.

If you are real, go and find a solicitor to trouble.
