It doesn't work like that. You are allowed to diss people who are below in the reputation standings. You are not allowed to diss those above you.

So in your case, you are allowed to diss..... errrr. Gricerboy, Wodewick, Supergal & Churchill.

I would hate to have to know the URL for the Daily Mail so I could type it in myself.
