Now I've sold some expensive books in my time but this beats them

I wrote a 'book' called 'Manage Your Business Processes Using the Excellence Model' and marketed it through the British Quality Foundation. I sell it for £12.60.

Only it's not a book, it's really a booklet containing a grand total of 27 pages.

I just had my first sale....
