      (I have enough ethical trouble with cacao being a cash crop that displaces food production in some of the poorest parts of the world and leaves the farmers exposed to global price fluctuations resulting in exploitation and starvation, without being told it's bad for me too.)

        The Indian Moghuls used to rub cocaine on the family jewels. Apparently it has a certain anaesthetic effect (although I can't comment from personal experience it must be worth a go?)
        Ethically - would this be bad?
