Another three small girls. None of them hade made the effort to put a halloween costume on and only one had put any facepaint on.

4th lot - another three small girls.
5th lot - two small girls.
Both lots actually wished me "Happy Halloween" rather than demanding confectionery with menaces.
I didn't realise that this was a time for wishing people the season's greetings. Should I have sent cards to my family and friends?

Well, that looks like they're finished now.
The locals led us to believe that there would be an endless stream of kids knocking on the door. In the end there were five groups. I think I still have some work to do to adjust to the local definition of "busy".
So we have about a kilo and a half of cheap lollies (sweets) going spare. I won't eat them because they are cheap rubbish. Does anyone want them?
