                    Then I go to my own ISP's web site and choose "Select availability", enter my phone number and post code and get:
                    Postcode: AB1 2CD
                    Phone Exchange: TOYTOWN
                    Estimated line speed: 5 Mb
                    In my experience from 3 different properties the provided "Estimated line speed" is ALWAYS a lie.
