dad reversed into it in his truck he shouldn't have been driving but he was a stubborn as a mule.

finally the paperwork was sorted late last year and he got ownership.

we had been stuck in a document limbo. he had lost the ownership documents that i had given him and the authorities in france refused to accept the car without original registraition doc blah blah. dvla in the uk refused to hand over a replacement because i had exported it blah blah

anyway. they showed up in a plastic bag behind something somewhere sometime and all was forgiven

but it was all a bit too late by then because he was to ill to drive it.

so it just stayed on the drive rusting gently.

i thought about reclaiming it but i've got no room or time for it anymore. if i had a garage i would have but... i tried getting a local rentup but they are all too small anyway. needs a double to do it properly.

i told my mum to give it to the local specialist who had been working on it as a downpayment for a little runaround.

so there. it has gone. now i have to say i used to have one of those rather than saying i've got one. even though i haven't really had one for quite a few years.
