He has had a very bad day : but seems to be getting better at the moment.................

And I just heard : he was okay until he had milk. A couple of mouthfuls and was projectile vomiting again. He will be on bread/marmite/juice for a while......

FWIW, my disease has been pretty trivial. Then again, I'm probably one of the 90% who just have a cold

Of course that means I may still end up with the swine flu thing - either (because I'd hate to miss out on what all the popular people are doing) or (because it sounds horrid).

Take it easy and drink lots of fluids - additional non-alcoholic fluids if you take the obvious step of drinking additional alcoholic fluids, if you see what I mean.
