Be Broadband now have a sternly worded support ticket about their service. I had problems with them at the beginning of January too. Used to think they were excellent but I'd have a hard time recommending them to anyone at the moment

I've had to take the sim out of my iPhone and stick it in my old phone so I can use it as a USB modem. Stupid iPhone doesnt do that unless it's jailbroken although I believe that may change with the version 3.0 OS.
