It's picked up a bit now - it seemed ominously like it would be doing simplistic trivia (mechanism for unsubscribing from the Pizza Express promotions mailing list? OK, I can do that...) and boring maintenance

However when it became apparent that they were fully supportive of my suggestion that, rather than maintaining the code they presented me with, I should throw it away and start again, things started to improve
