Somebody should explain that "CHANGE" means they should change it - to the appropriate phone number, perhaps

Not just that station, either

On a positive note, they have remembered my argument (about a year ago) that the subdomain should be "travel.stationname.co.uk" rather than "traffic.stationname.co.uk", as it includes public transport information as well as traffic news.
