A builder I know via f4j (and who I spent £135k over last 3 years) has a £3m contract to build a supermarket and 16 flats above. Near a very very popular West LOndon station (and close to major road link). He needed a 10% performance bond - so I remortgaged! I think my mortgage is now 130% of value!!Originally posted by FiveTimes View PostGood, what's the crack with the supermarket if you don't mind me asking ?
Work started in August - but supermarket had not signed lease. Work now at a stop until dosh received.
I get back all I lent him, fees, interest and a nice profit on top. Will clear the mortgage.Comment
