I had a good news email this morning from the DBERR (formerly the DTi).

They've investigated an agency that I complained about!

Two complaints against the same person from the same agency:

1 - Agent was forcing contractors to opt out of the agency regulations.

2 - Agent was forcing contractors to have security clearance before applying, even for an 18 month contract.



I'm pleased that they might actually do something about it!!
