Stress, stress, stress
Closing time at the FMB bar and there's some chav in there who keeps looking over at me and smiling - and not in a friendly way, more an "I know you and you shouldn't be happy about that" kind of way.
When he wandered off briefly one of the doormen asked me "Is he a friend of yours? Cos he keeps staring at you."
I assured him that I didn't remember ever seeing the chap before. He then took to following the guy around. Said guy started striking up conversations with groups of people that he didn't know as a way of hanging around the place as everybody was leaving.
Anyway, while he was still wittering with a couple of people still left there, I figured "Wotever" and left. The doorman who was hanging around the door, keeping an eye on his colleague keeping an eye on the chap, sounded unusually sombre as he bade me goodnight.
I still don't know what it might all be about.
Still, if it happens to be anything to do with all the recent shenanigans, they can fsck off and die. I've been intimidated and beaten by better than them. And by worse.
To hell with the lot of them. I have better things to worry about than them, and I also live quite close to the Accident and Emergency unit at the Royal InfirmaryComment

That reminds me - I should pop down and check that all the padlocks are in place, and that the back door is locked.
It's probably not worth bothering about the back yard gate as it's easy enough to get over the walls from neighbouring properties anyway.
Although checking the gates for the common area out the back might be a win...
Back in a bit

All hunky-dory, except that the torch I thought I'd taken out to the car isn't in the car, so it must be in here somewhere
I'll have a look for it tomorrow.
Actually, I might even go into town tomorrow. It's ages since I've been to the pork butchers - very fine sausages and bacon
In fact their pig-derived stuff is so good that, if I eat too much of it (as I used to - four of the Old English sausages, and four rashers of smoked middle, which basically equals four streaky and four back rashers, and fried bread made with the fat that came off all of that so that not a drop of fat is wasted), I can actually feel my arteries clogging up - literally feel the congestion in the blood vessels in my chest
Now that's foodComment

Silly spammers...
"YOU CAN TRACK ON THIS SITE WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER: DHL9672846788 BY CLICKING ON THE
DGC BILL OF LANDING/MASTERBILL TO SEE YOUR SHIPPING STATUES"
It's "STATUS", chaps... I don't have any shipping statues
Anyway, shipping statues are called "figureheads"Comment
