Oh to be young and expend enough energy to be able to eat whole biscuits without getting fat.....

I've put a couple of pound on over the past couple of days.. over eating, two lots of b'day cake, wine, beer, noodles, chips, kebabs...

you name it I ate it over the weekend.

My nephew came out with us on Sunday to jimmy spices, he'd never been before, as a result he failed to pace himself correctly. While others started off gently with a bit of pakora etc.. he had a full roast dinner !
