He's in His Happy Place (which we can safely assume to be more a state of mind than a physical location) or Redditch (which is here).

It says it right there at the side of his posts

Wouldn't it be funny to sit Bill Gates down in front of a computer, ask him to complete a fairly trivial programming task in thirty minutes (the kind of thing they use when interviewing at MS), and then put the whole thing on YouTube

He sucked hard when he still wrote code in the late Seventies - early Eighties (ever read the source of DONKEY.BAS? - not structured so badly, but the functionality the program provides is self-contradictory garbage), and given that he's spent most of the last fifteen years trying to contradict his own lawyers rather than coding, it could be quite amusing to see him trying to make something that actually works

(Some background to Donkey, together with some more fail when they tried to update it to .NET )

Or a Brummy Spanner as it should be known. We have a lot of them in use at ClientCo.

                    Anyway... morning all!

Been in for 30 minutes; first tea of the day down, paper read and internet browsed. Permies due in within the hour. Play time over.
