Do bear in mind that you **might** be doing yourself damage by not getting it looked at. You should probably get it checked. I was told that by a physio who I trust (as know personally) - I should have got mine sorted earlier in the year....

Aye, it's on my list of things to do. They have a sports physio at my gym occasionally, so I might get him to check it out when I next summon the enthusiasm to attend.

I think I may be developing a hernia as well...
