Luckily - well, wrong word, but you know what I mean - other parts of the family unit are cracking up/breaking up/suffering in various ways, which meant that a lot of attention was devoted to their worries instead, so I got off fairly lightly - my incomprehensible lifestyle seems comparatively mundane in comparison to everybody else's turmoil.
Made the mistake of mentioning that the lustee was in China... so the ins & outs of that had to be dissected... came to the conclusion that 20 years age difference is too much...
