I think that choice of drink explains Klingon facial expressions rather well...

That thread specifically in general about Walking really winds me up...

Some little hitler getting stroppy because someone turns up at 3 mins to 9 instead of 10 mins to 9 for a 9a.m. start.

            Surreal.

I doubt that I'd have put up with that for long, unless the rate was astroflipingnomical.

              Decisions, decisions...

I'm booking a hotel in Brighton for this conference next month.

The question is, do I take a sea view room at the Grand Hotel, or stay in the converted office block currently known as the Premier Inn

One is £250 more expensive than the other... however the general level of luxurious comfort, the fine view of the ruins of the West Pier, and the truly excellent breakfast buffet, may swing it for me...

Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

If you were there for one night - take the (Dictinctly less than) Premier Inn.

Any longer - and you need the luxury

That's what I would do anyway

Two nights - arrive Thursday, leave Saturday, at the conference all day Friday.

My memories of the breakfast when I stayed there a couple of years ago are proving to be a powerful incentive...
