      Indeed - i've just accepted a renewal - even though i get itchy feet at this time of year. I've had the summer off for each of the last 3 years - just time to myself and with the family.

      However, new house, new baby and new car means i have to keep in contract and it's better to renew than deal with agents - especially at the mo
