Meeting @ 11, after that I've a little bit of work to finish off, then I'm planning on re-working the kick boxing clubs website.

what's plan c ? and why not plan b ?

Plan c - little website, community really, offering a small service, maybe making a little money from advertising etc. Nothing special but i want to get it started now to build up the users.

Plans b, d and e are on hold at the moment. Plan b i may scrap and the others need investment of time and money.

What? I have a lot of ideas! Plans b - e are the ones that have a chance of making money. Many others were binned.

It's the investment of time and money that's the problem, i have little of either at the moment.

They also need someone more talented than me in certain areas, so I need to work out a plan.

Plan c i can potter about with, so that's the one I'm working on

I'm going to knock up a quick spreadsheet of requirements for part of ClientCo's project in the next hour. Then spend the time til meeting at 2 working on my Plan C, buy the domain and start work on the website I think.

Just took an hour to analyse a spreadsheet that the developer couldn't be bothered to do and now re-analysing development estimates.
