            We had a contest - I did very badly only getting 67 tins. chap who came first got 93!

            I made too much eye contact - he would sneak up behind the ladies giving them out and just grab without them seeing who did it...

              My problem is that I need to do them when the back is OK rather than just when it's screwed. They do help, though, and I'm doing them when I can at the moment.
