        how are you?

I got 4k tpd posts! I am aiming for tpdeity status...
        well done

I'm really good. Earning plenty whilst doing little. Pushing the house purchase really hard - i'm aiming for 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange. And I secured a mortgage at 0.19 above base rate, tracker - so with current conditions that looks good.

Oh and I pulled us out of the equity markets a little while ago - good move

                  Morning all!
Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.

Yeah - we've talked about it at length. We need a family home with much more space than we have now. Baby Bear 2 due in May.

We can't wait for the market bottom - maybe 3 years away or more.

The value of the house is irrelevant - it'll be a family home we can enjoy.

                      What more do you want?
