I ditched the first when his incompetence landed me with a Magistrate's Court Summons 'cos he'd cocked up the VAT so badly.

I ditched the second because he could not get his head around IR35.

I am considering ditching number 3 because he doesn't do anything.

I asked about the xmas allowance of 150//head and I was charged £36 for the response. Negates the savings
