They have a larger hard drive too, but £120 for an extra 40Gig is just ridiculous - it's the uber-cool fashionistas who want the black case that fall for that.

If you buy online from Apple you can get the equivalent-spec white one with the larger drive of the black one for £50 more, so the imbeciles are paying £70 for a different colour of plastic
