I want to get the work done on the house and move in before Christmas.

Besides I already have someone waiting to lease this one.
Have to tidy the garden up before I let it though

I am dreading moving the gear out of my workshop at the bottom of the garden.
There is £25,000 worth of carpentry and metalwork equipment and tools to be moved and nowhere to store it at the new house.

My workshop is 25 ft X 14 ft so I am thinking of buying two of those £600 steel garages from Argos to set up at the bottom of the new garden.
Will have to get a load of armored cable to run power down to the new workshops though.

It has got a Garage and a brick build outbuilding, but I am going to knock those down to build an extension.
                That will give us a huge kitchen 7m x 4.5m, and a 4m X 4m utility room.

Got some huge tree's in the garden that are going to have to come down.
Luckily they are not protected as they are decorative conifers.

Have to get a ride on mower to cut the grass there though.
I ain't doing it with a push along.

I could get a couple of sheep I suppose.
Fatten them up on the grass, and then have a pit roast
