Almost killed myself making chilli jam, whizzed up the chillies and ferk me if they aint half hot.
Also potted the pickled onions and pickled some chillies from the garden as well.
All in all not a bad few days, fig and plum chutney, pickled onions, pickled chillies, chilli jam and pickled beetrootComment
