I timed my bonk well today. I did not eat much yesterday. Swimming first thing - 1600 metres in 48 minutes. Walk to/from pool. Then cycle into work. I boked with about 2 miles to go.
Had to get over to tescos. I had a whole roast chicken - only £5.24. Followed by grapes, satsumas and apples.Comment
