Afternoon
Spent the last 3 hours moving all the living room furniture and shampooing the carpet. House now has "wet dog" smell and I'm knackered.Comment

I used to get someone else in to do that, too much hassle to do it myself. Same with cleaning the car ( when we had one), bloke used to come to the house and wash and polish inside it and out.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostAfternoon

Afternoon!
Hauled my saggy arse up to London for Client #1 this morning - all for a 30 min chat about a load of new work.
There goes my evenings and weekends...
Can't turn it down either as whole project depends on this additional work - it's a showstopper.
Bastards. Just when I wanted a quiet, one client life for a change.
If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment
