Given that it's on the edge of a flood plain, and I know this, and the insurance company have accepted that it's outside the flood area.....
Is it worth getting a flood risk search done, which unless it comes back completely clear would alert the bank? We own the road up to the property, which will flood, but the property itself doesn't.
I'm thinking not - just get on with the mortgage, please!
