Afternoon all

I am still

Went ill about 2pm yesterday - struggled through to 5pm at work then cycled home in 90 minutes (usually 60 minutes). I then dropped off the twins and went to bed. 13 hours later I got up. I am still on water, tea, fruit and soup only.
