    Oh, how frustrating norrahe.

    Just realised pizzas cook better when fan oven is set to 220°C and baking tray is hot. Always had it at 180°C and cold tray and they were soggy in the middle.

    Another beginner's mistake corrected.

              A little dessert I made earlier this weekend:

              Campari and Grapefruit sorbet on the left, Cave-Aged Roquefort and Acacia Honey ice cream on the right.

              I found a glass of Louis Laurent Sancerre goes really well with the ice cream.

              If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.

                    Get yourself a pizza stone, stick the grill on with the stone in the oven, then once your pizza is assembled you stick the pizza on the stone in the now turned on oven at 220 and you'll have a nice crispy base.

                    Another thing about the oven in my current kitchen ( apart from the fact it is tulipe), it's only big enough for one thing at a a time.
