I would just give up on it. If I get messed around that much over an interview I know that I'll go into it in a bad mood and probably get a bit grumpy at the interviewer so I usually just tell the agent to stick it. Depends if it's a gig you really want or not I suppose.
Chicken thighs marinated in Yoghurt and make a spice mix out of paprika, oregano, cayenne and some salt. add some dried chilli flakes if you like, add that to the yoghurt before you marinade.

Hope so, made the recipe up on the spot based on a Turkish spice mix I use, so let me know how you get on. Grill the thighs under a hot grill.
I find it's best served with pittas and tatziki (coriander, mint, dill, yoghurt, garlic, infuse the yoghurt with the herbs and garlic, add grated cucumber that has been lightly salted and moisture sueezed out of, and then add salt and pepper and the cucumber just before you serve)
