I love the F off replies particularly when you disagree with him.

                    serious question time -
We had a couple of lovely pieces of rib eye Saturday night as I was in charge of feeding.

any ideas on a simplish, meat spicy dish I can do for tea this weekend ?

                      garlic chilli chicken

I'm thinking about some sort of lamb steak massala
