No. In the same way that you won't tell me all your potential clients, I'm sure you'll respect my ethics when I tell you that it's not something that I disclose to other agencies.Comment

Then he starts talking about them having a "virtual bench" - they pre-vet the contractors, put them on their list, that's where they will check first etc. etc. Advantage to the contractor is that you get a better shot as these are the people that we promote more....Comment
