Average. No work for a couple of months, but have an interview lined up for Monday morning and spoke to someone about a permie opportunity that I am VERY tempted by. We are all taking the weekend to think in more detail, and for them to come up with exact package details - but they have said that if I got a 3 month contract soon, then they would probably wait for me. Very good sign.Originally posted by NickFitz View Post

Part of me is loathe to stop working for myself, but the prospects in the job look good, there would be a good chance to pick up new skills (technical, functional and business-wise), and longer-term I would be in a better position to start my own consultancy rather than just a one-man band.
Sadly not - Friday's in London are not too good at the best of times plus with the not working at the moment, I can't really justify the expense. If I was working in London, then it would be a different matter, but that seems unlikely at the moment.Originally posted by NickFitz View PostWill you be making it to the Xmas do this year?Comment
